John McGoey Named NCR All American
Earlier this month, National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) named their 2025 Men’s All-American class. Included in the honorees from Division 1-AA are UMass Fly Half John McGoey. McGoey is among 92 players representing 632 schools divided into four divisions of 23 athletes.
This is the second straight year that McGoey has earned NCR All-American honors. The Three-time representative of the New England Independent All-Stars has been a cornerstone of the UMass offense since his debut.
